1. My order has shipped but not arrived, what does this mean?
All orders will take up to 2-3 business days to be delivered from your date of purchase if you are in Australia. If it is past 4 days, please contact us at info@oscarmimosa.com or on +61 411 449 111 Aus EST 9am to 4.30pm weekdays.
If you are an international customer all orders are processed immediately once payment has been accepted. It does depend on where you are located but you should receive your order within 3-7 working days of being sent.
2. What is the Returns Policy?

3. What are the accepted forms of payment?
PayPal is our payments provider which accepts payment by valid Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards.

5. Do you do international deliveries?
Yes.
6. What currency is the store in?
This online shop quotes the price in Australian Dollars therefore when you are purchasing from an overseas destination, your transaction will be processed through Paypal using your own currency. For example if you are purchasing from the USA you will pay the US dollar value, making the price charged less than the Australian dollar price quoted in the online store.
7. How do I find and purchase products on www.oscarmimosa.com?
Go to the Shop tab and scroll through the products, click on them and add to your cart. Keep clicking through other styles to continue shopping. If you decide that you don't want a particular product any longer simply click on the cross (‘x’) to delete it from your cart. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the ‘checkout’ button to complete your order.
8. What happens if a product is not available?
Due to the popularity of some product exclusive we may sell out at times of an item you wish to purchase. Should additional product become available we will redisplay this on the website.
9. How is GST / tax applied?
By Australian Law Oscar Mimosa is required to charge 10% for GST which is added to the price of the item as quoted on the website; GST is also charged on shipping an handling.
