Domestic Shipping

Oscar Mimosa uses Toll Priority for all domestic shipping and will ship goods ordered within two business days of the time the order is made and paid for. We will notify you should there be any delay beyond the normal shipping schedule and you will be notified by email when your order is actually shipped.

Please note: All shipments include a handling fee as well as the actual shipping cost.


International Shipping

Oscar Mimosa uses Delta Worldwide for its international freighting with a signature required on delivery.

We will ship goods ordered within two business days of the time the order is made and paid for. We will notify you should there be any delay beyond the normal shipping schedule and you will be notified by email when your order is actually shipped.

Depending on the country the order is shipped to, you may be responsible for a customs charge on the value of your order.

Please note: All shipments include a handling fee as well as the actual shipping cost.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days from the purchase date if you are not satisfied. However, merchandise must be unworn and accompanied by the invoice/packing slip. Unworn items are in new condition with original tags. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn or is not in the condition in which it was received.

We will also accept the return of faulty or incorrect merchandise. Damaged/Defective items are classified as those, which have a manufacturer’s defect or exhibit damage not associated with normal wear. Upon receipt of damaged/defective merchandise, a replacement will be sent.

Incorrect items are those, which are different (colour, style, size) than what you ordered.

Please note: All refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than www.oscarmimosa.com must be handled by the original location of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unworn item for a different one, please place another order for the item you want and return the item you don't want to us for a refund. This is recommended to ensure the item you want is available, as the availability of items changes rapidly.

Packing & Shipping Returns

When you send an item back, please include the invoice/packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return, and include the printout with your return.

We do not pay for shipping charges on return postage and we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.

The original credit card used for the order will be credited for valid returns.

Returning Incorrect Items or Damaged/Defective Items
At your earliest convenience, please contact us via e-mail or phone to explain this situation i.e that you incorrectly received certain items or that the items you did receive are damaged or defective.
